Two modes, one evidence base
ReviewIntel runs in two modes because shoppers and sellers ask different questions of the same reviews. Shopper mode answers 'should I buy this' — a verdict, a risk read, and the complaints that matter. Seller mode answers 'what should I fix' — complaint clusters, sentiment trends, and an action plan.
Both modes read the same underlying evidence, so the two sides of a marketplace stay honest with each other: the complaint a shopper is warned about is the complaint a seller is told to fix. Switching workspaces changes the output, never the underlying review data.
