Three complaint families every seller should separate
Before fixing anything, sort complaints into three families. Durability complaints say the product broke or wore out. Shipping and packaging complaints say it arrived broken, late, or missing parts. Expectation-mismatch complaints say the product works fine but was not what the buyer imagined.
Each family demands a different response: durability needs engineering or a supplier change, shipping needs better packaging, and mismatch needs better listing copy. Mixing them up is how sellers redesign a product that was never broken, or rewrite copy for a defect that is real. Sort first, spend second.
